Last of the month

The Snoop/Tupac performance at Coachella reminded me of just how incredible rap from the 80s and 90s was.

The crowd-wowing performance, which quickly became a thing of internet legend, used a technology I first encountered via Hatsune Miku. Hatsune-chan-- the sixteen year old, fully synthesized and crowd-sourced Japanese singing sensation-- is worth paying attention to. Like Google's Project Glass, you can't help but feel you're catching a glimpse of the not-to-distant future.

Check out her most popular song here, or another track (featuring a raging guitar solo at 3mins) here.

Anyhow, back to the soundtrack.

This week's entry is no rap masterpiece, but I hope it sends you to your happy place, should you lend it your ears.

Only on FS.

Please.

Lend it your ears.

Before it snatches them in your sleep.
